The location of the hotel on Chapel Street was perfect for our stay. It was central to many great restaurants, making it easy to find great dining options. the hotel was conveniently located near South Yarra station, which provided easy access to Melbourne Central and the CBD area. This made it convenient for us to explore the city and visit various attractions. There were a few positive aspects about the room. The bed was comfortable and the pillows provided a good night's sleep. The room also had enough space for us to move around comfortably. The staff were welcoming and helpful, ensuring that our needs were met throughout our stay.
That the air conditioning in the room was a bit warm and couldn't be adjusted to suit our needs. However, the staff did their best to assist us with this issue.

The staff were cute and helpful. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The location was ideal, with plenty of great restaurants nearby. It was close to Chapel Street, the train station, and tram stops. it was avery comfy and tidy place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, being close to South Yarra train station, which made it easy for us to catch a train to the CBD. We were also delighted to find that there were plenty of shops and eateries in the vicinity, including a Woolworths supermarket just across the street at 670 Chapel. The hotel provided excellent services, such as a dry cleaning and grocery shopping service, making our stay even more convenient. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like a washing machine, kitchen, and balcony. The free Wi-Fi and soundproofed rooms added to our comfort, and the staff was friendly and attentive. we were impressed with the quality of service and the comfort this place provided.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families, as it offers exceptional service and comfort.
